I cannot add items in my basket or login. What's the problem? ^ top

If you are having problems with our shopping cart and registering and login please note that its most likely caused by INTERNET EXPLORER COOKIES. You need to enable cookies to use our cart also please clear your caches after enabling cookies. Unfortunately some browser custom settings at INTERNET EXPLORER do not allow our cookies to set. We have no control over this. If you are still having problems we highly recommend using FIREFOX for a problem free shopping experience.

What methods of payment does Kupe Media Digital Shop accept? ^ top

We accept PayPal and Credit Card payments through our PayPal secure transaction page. After checkout you will be redirected to that page , If you have PayPal account just login to your account and make the payment, or you can select Credit Card option and proceed.

I made the payment with my Paypal account but my order is still pending. Why?^ top

If you do not have enough funds in your PayPal account, PayPal requests money through your bank or credit card account and it will take 5 business days to clear. In this case after 5 business days when we receive the payment your order will be completed.

Do I need to register to buy items from you?^ top

Yes, you need to register to our site to be able to buy products , this also gives you the option to create an account and track your orders and have access all your invoice.

Why I am asked to enter my personal information on checkout?^ top

We collect personal information to create invoices and also for tax purposes. Your information will be never shared or sold to 3rd party organizations. Please read our Privacy Policy.

How do I know you have received my order and when will I be charged for my items?^ top

Once you place an order, we will immediately send you a confirmation email. Once the goods have been shipped you will receive an email informing you of the dispatch. As part of the online ordering process your payment is taken straight away for immediate dispatch. If there is any delay such as unavailable stock then you will be notified and if required, a refund given.

Will I be charged VAT?^ top

All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of European Union sales tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate where applicable.

What are the delivery costs and options? ^ top

Orders will be sent to you using Royal Mail Second Class and will be free of charge.If you spend £100 or more, we’ll give you free next day delivery.

Do you deliver overseas?^ top

No, not yet. We’re working on it.

What is your returns and exchange policy?^ top

We want you to be over the moon with your purchase from us, but if you are not for whatever reason, please return the unused product to us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund the cost of the goods.

We can only accept returns after you have contacted us on 07830261600 or shop@kupe.co.uk. Please don't return items without contacting us first.
Returns must be unused, in the original undamaged box and must include all original packaging.

For returns made by post, you are responsible for the postage costs. If the product is faulty then we will refund the cost of postage.

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?^ top

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the return being accepted. However, they are usually processed within a few days and are subject to our terms and conditions.
